Sometimes we feel like we are running the same loop over and over. Or we feel surprised by new reactions of panic or stress in spaces we use to find manageable. Individual counselling can be a place to explore what is going on in your life. You create the change you want to see moving forward.

Therapy appointments are 50 minutes with the remaining 10 minutes reserved for documentation of your session and treatment planning for subsequent sessions. The 50 minute hour is standard in private practice. Consultation appointments are 20 minutes long.
Therapy appointments can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or determined by your needs in consultation with your therapist.
Yes! We are a 100% online therapy service. We can work with clients all over Canada.
A consultation is a chance to tell us a bit about your story and what you are needing out of therapy. We go through the structure of therapy and what it will look like for your situation. We establish whether we are the right fit and if we are, we continue with booking a full session.

We accept credit card or e-transfer as payment. We do require a credit card be kept on file for booking.
**At this time, a credit card is required to book a consultation. Please note that the consultation is FREE and your card will NOT be charged. This is simply required as part of our booking system. We appreciate your understanding.
Therapy services are not covered by Sask Health, or other provincial health plans. However, private insurance companies do sometimes provide coverage. If you have insurance coverage through work or with a personal plan, then you may have coverage. This is dependent on the insurance provider and benefit plan you have.
Check with your insurance provider for what services are covered. Ask them whether they cover a ‘Psychotherapist’ professional. See below for detailed information on certifications of our therapist.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment time, simply notify us at least 24 business hours in advance. A full session fee will be charged for appointments cancelled/missed without the required 24 business hours notice.
This policy is intended to allow your appointment time to be offered to another individual.
*We recognize that sometimes there are circumstances out of your control (e.g., accident, family emergency, etc.). We may make an exception to the above policy in those rare occasions.
